Payment Terms

Move-in requires ₱1,600 consisting of ₱800 deposit and ₱800 first-month rent.

Always secure your belongings and report suspicious activities to the caretaker.

Alcohol and smoking are prohibited inside the boarding-house premises.

Report maintenance concerns immediately to the caretaker.
